@DartCharge On the #A282 north J1B-J1A near #Dartford, the broken-down HGV has now been recovered from the carriageway. #TrafficOfficers have reopened all of the lanes.Residual delays of 30 minutes remain on the approach so please allow extra time if travelling through the area. @DartCharge

@sadlystillserve I can confirm that not to be true. Our Operations command is joint with Sussex and our colleagues @SussexRoadsPol are just as proactive in hunting down drink or drug drivers as we are.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
