Driver had been sent a letter about his illegal number plates but hadn’t changed them. Stopped by the #VanguardRST today and found to have no tax either. DVLA informed of Tax and VRM offence, £100 fine also issued.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
