@HeathrowAirport All lanes are now open on the #M25 clockwise within J14 @HeathrowAirport following an earlier collision. There are residual delays of 20 minutes above usual journey times with over 2 miles of congestion. Delays will now begin to ease.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
