@Pip9974 @Jackstar1290cjh @OpTutelage In answer to the first question no, not unless we feel there is a specific immediate risk to a child. Secondly there is a chance the driver of a deliberately uninsured vehicle may be willing to take more risk when driving but it is not always a given.
