3 lanes (of 4) are closed on the #M25 anti-clockwise in #Surrey between J10 (#Cobham) and J9 (#Leatherhead) due to an overturned trailer. @SurreyRoadCops are on scene and our Traffic Officers en-route. There’s 2.5 miles of congestion on approach at this time.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
