@sadlystillserve I can confirm that not to be true. Our Operations command is joint with Sussex and our colleagues @SussexRoadsPol are just as proactive in hunting down drink or drug drivers as we are.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed

Driver stopped in Sunbury by #VanguardRST for speeding Driver wasn’t wearing a seatbelt had a wing mirror hanging off & several lights not working Driver provided a +ve breath test & a +ve DrugsWipe Arrested #Fatal5 -drink&drug driving #Fatal5 -no seatbelt #Fatal5 -excess speed
