It takes some time to fully install a closure of the road and it was anticipated by the emergency services on scene that a lane would be re-opened past the scene before we would’ve got a full closure at Ringwood installed. @HantsIOW_fire The #A31 eastbound is now fully open between the #A338 #Ringwood #Hampshire and the #M27 following the earlier bus fire. However there remains approx. 7 miles of congestion and 45-60 min residual delay. This should begin to come down now but may take some time to fully clear.
