It takes some time to fully install a closure of the road and it was anticipated by the emergency services on scene that a lane would be re-opened past the scene before we would’ve got a full closure at Ringwood installed. Traffic is being held on the #M27 westbound between J4 and J3 following a collision. Emergency services are responding at the scene. There is currently under 1 mile of congestion on the approach to the incident.
