On the #M25 clockwise between J11 and J12 near #Chertsey and the #M3 link, Lanes 1,2 and 3 of (4) are now open past the scene. Lane 4 of (4) remains closed to allow contractors to clear the remaining flood water from the carriageway. Delays of 80 minutes remain on the approach.
