@speirs_g @DVLAgovuk As a result of the checks for these vehicles we’ve identified over 70 uninsured vehicles, over 50 which didn’t have an MOT and over 25 which didn’t have tax – all targeted for interception.

@sadlystillserve I can confirm that not to be true. Our Operations command is joint with Sussex and our colleagues @SussexRoadsPol are just as proactive in hunting down drink or drug drivers as we are.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing ? He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
