2 Lanes are closed on the #M25 anti-clockwise between J3 (#M20) and J2 (#A2) due to a broken down lorry. There is around 3 miles of congestion which is adding about half an hour to normal journey times

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
