@MattyLad @AndrewFS02 Very much depends on the drivers driving record. The minimum penalty will be £200 fine and 6 points on their licence. If they have already got 6 points or more then they will go to court where the fine can be up to £1000 and a driving ban.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
