Update – All lanes are now open on the #A31 eastbound between the #A338 (Ringwood) and the #M27 following an earlier collision. There is approx. 1 mile of congestion following this incident so please allow time for delays to clear.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
