Update – There are still approx. 8 miles of congestion on approach to these lanes closures on the #M25 anti-clockwise between J10 and J9. Recovery are on scene and in process of removing the vehicle. There are 75 min delays above normal travel time.

@sadlystillserve I can confirm that not to be true. Our Operations command is joint with Sussex and our colleagues @SussexRoadsPol are just as proactive in hunting down drink or drug drivers as we are.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing ? He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
