The broken down vehicles have now been cleared, and the Dartford Crossing northbound eastbore tunnel is now OPEN. Please be aware that there is still 5 miles of congestion approaching the crossing, but this should now start to ease.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
