Update – The #A249 northbound has now reopened between the #B2006 (#Bobbing) and #A2500 (#Queenborough). There 1.5 miles congestion following this incident so please allow time for these delays to clear. Heavy traffic remains in the surrounding areas.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing ? He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
