Surrey County Council News retweeted: Our crews reacted quickly on Friday AM to a large liquid concrete spillage in Guildford which would have set quickly, ruining the road surface. They shovelled it into piles and then onto a lorry using a digger. With help from Guildford B.C. & police we reopened the road by 2PM.
