We received several calls about the manner in which this car was being driven on the M25. Located by our ARV colleagues and the driver produced a positive breath sample of 38ug. Transported to custody and evidential procedure completed by the #VanguardRST #Fatal5 – drink drive

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
