Lanes 3 and 4 are now open on the #M20 eastbound between J4 (#WestMalling) and J5 (#Maidstone). Lanes 1 and 2 remain closed for carriageway clean up. There is approx. 2 miles of congestion on approach, causing delays of 10 minutes above usual journey times.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing ? He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
