Traffic has now been released on the #M3 westbound between J3 and J4 in lanes 2, 3 and 4. Lane 1 remains closed whilst emergency services continue to work at scene. There is still approx. 6 miles of congestion on approach, causing delays of 60 minutes above usual journey times.
