@CliveFlint @DrugWipeUK Yes, under Section 165 RTA we can seize the car if it is uninsured or driven by an unlicensed driver. They then have 14 days to claim the vehicle back by proving they have taken out a valid insurance policy, after 14 days the vehicle will be sold or scraped.
