@Richard37722551 @DartCharge Hi Richard. Recovery is on scene with the lorry but 2 lanes (of 4) remain closed. There is currently approx. 15 min delay and 2 miles of traffic. We hope the lorry will be clear shortly and all lanes will then be re-opened.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing ? He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
