UPDATE: #Hampshire please be aware lanes 1 & 2 (of 4) remain closed on the #M27 eastbound between J3 & J4 near #Southampton following an earlier vehicle fire. There is currently approx. 4 miles of congestion from J2 adding at least 30 minutes to journey times.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing ? He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
