@ExiledinKent Hi, the contraflow removal will be completed tonight. The moveable barrier will remain in place to allow contractors to resume the improvement works that were in place prior to the contraflow being needed. Lane 3 will be closed in both directions for this work.

@sadlystillserve I can confirm that not to be true. Our Operations command is joint with Sussex and our colleagues @SussexRoadsPol are just as proactive in hunting down drink or drug drivers as we are.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
