However hooking up and towing a 44 tonne lorry which has lost air with locked on brakes is not as quick a process as towing a smaller vehicle.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
