UPDATE – the car fire has been extinguished on the #M25 anti-clockwise between J9 and J8 and has been recovered to a safe area. Traffic has been released and Lanes 2, 3, and 4 remain closed for the initial incident. Lane 1 remains open.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing ? He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
