This VW has been untaxed since March last year. Today we seized it under #OpExcise. The driver can get the vehicle back, once they pay the recovery costs and buy new tax. The DVLA are informed and can apply for back-tax penalties.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
