This vehicle failed an MOT back in Sept for numerous defects, but the driver didn’t care much and was stopped today – over 3,000 miles later! Vehicle was also uninsured and untaxed. Vehicle seized, driver issued many many tickets (the height of a Focus).

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing ? He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
