@thebobevans @ROMANSE Thanks for your reply Bob. The end of the scheme was extended whilst Stopped Vehicle Detection radar was installed and this additional system requires integration and testing before going fully active. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed

@sadlystillserve I can confirm that not to be true. Our Operations command is joint with Sussex and our colleagues @SussexRoadsPol are just as proactive in hunting down drink or drug drivers as we are.
