Update….On the #M27 eastbound between J11 and J12 , the emergency services have now left the scene. #TrafficOfficers have arranged recovery for the vehicles which is now en route with lanes 3 and 4 of 4 now open past the scene. Delays of up to 60 minutes on the approach.
