Update – The #M25 is now OPEN clockwise between J11 – J12. There are residual delays of 45 minutes above the usual travel time with 7 miles of congestion, which we now expect to ease. Thank you @SurreyRoadCops

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing ? He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
