@mhantain @Pip9974 @ScottGalbraith7 @HerbieGreen If a person has a known medical condition that could affect their driving then they must advise the DVLA and certain conditions will prevent a person from being able to hold a driving licence either permanently or temporarily whilst the condition is treated.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing ? He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
