That bike is some ones transport to work or college. They paid money for that. The theif has stolen it and likely out committing other crime on it. Petty and serious. @HighwaysEAST @HeathrowAirport Delays on the #M4 heading out of the city (Westbound from J3) towards @HeathrowAirport have eased. Congestion of 1.5 miles/ delays of approx. 10 minutes remain. *Please note the planned weekend closure in both directions between J3-J4B (#M25) will stay in place until Monday 6am.
