@Popssmith1 They are Police officers who work closely along side all other Police officers doing what all other Police officers do. They happen to be specially trained as Armed Response should that be required. It would be a waist of money if they didn’t do these jobs.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed

@sadlystillserve I can confirm that not to be true. Our Operations command is joint with Sussex and our colleagues @SussexRoadsPol are just as proactive in hunting down drink or drug drivers as we are.
