@SerotineL Window tints are tested as part of MOT, unfortunately. Lots of issues with illegal plates, but too easy to swap to legal ones for test then swap back – significant evidence of this happening daily,

Resurfacing works complete and all lanes now open on the #A2 coastbound between the #M2 and the #A2050 near #Canterbury.

All lanes have now reopened on the #A27 eastbound between the #A259 and the #A286 near #Chichester following the earlier incident.
