National Highways: South-East retweeted: Update – all lanes are now open again on the #QEIIBridge at #DartfordCrossing. There remains a speed limit of 30 mph across the bridge though. Currently there are delays of at least 1 hour on the #M25 between J29 and the bridge and approx. 7.5 miles of very heavy congestion.
