Last night one our Casualty Reduction Officers was conducting speed enforcement on a Stoke Road, Cobham.
They detected a driver at 43mph in a 30.
The driver then provided a positive roadside breath alcohol test of 87u/g – the legal limit is 35u/g.
Driver was arrested.
