Update – The #A31 eastbound carriageway is now closed between the #A348 and #A338 whilst recovery and barrier repair takes place. The westbound carriageway is open. There is no significant congestion on approach to eastbound closure.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
