UPDATE: #Hampshire please be aware lane 2 has reopened westbound following the earlier collision. Lane 3 (of 3) is now closed in both directions due to barrier damage. There is currently approx. 5 miles of congestion in both directions adding at least 60 minutes to journey times.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing ? He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
