@Gatwick_Airport The #M23 northbound is now OPEN from J10 #Crawley to J8 #M25 following an earlier multiple vehicle collision. Many thanks to @sussex_police for their assistance. There are long residual delays of at least 45 minutes above usual journey times between J11 and J8.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing ? He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
