The driver of this van was found ‘dawdling’ on the M3 motorway and straddling lanes 1 & 2 for no reason. He was then observed to drift out of his lane again. Using the unmarked car we found him to be checking his sat nav… Stopped and ticket issued. #Fatal5 – careless driving
