There were a number of broken down vehicles in the queue which our #trafficofficers and @SurreyRoadCops officers are in the process of clearing. All the vehicles from the collision and that broke down in the congestion at the #A3 #HindheadTunnel southbound have been cleared and both lanes are now open again. Delays are reducing in the area.
