@Ione78901380 @Kent_cc @KentHighways Good morning. Thanks for your tweet. Traffic was stopped on the M20 around Ashford whilst our colleagues from @kent_police dealt with an incident. This has been resolved now and traffic has been released in both directions.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed

@sadlystillserve I can confirm that not to be true. Our Operations command is joint with Sussex and our colleagues @SussexRoadsPol are just as proactive in hunting down drink or drug drivers as we are.
