Due to winds increasing again (at 65mph gust has been recorded) the #A282 south J31 and J1a across the #QEIIBridge at the #DartfordCrossing a 30 mph speed limit has been implemented and lane 1 (very left hand lane) and lane 3 (second lane from the right) are closed❌⬆️❌⬆️

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
