All lanes have now reopened on the #M2 eastbound between J6 (#Faversham) and J7 (#Canterbury). There is still approx. 2.4 miles of congestion on approach, causing delays of 10 minutes above usual journey times.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
