All lanes have now re-opened on the #M20 westbound within J2 (#Wrotham). The westbound entry slip road at J2 remains closed, whilst we await the attendance of engineers to assess fire damage to the road surface.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
