@markthehutch @akrisis @dasy2k1 As no complete 4D plate has actually been tested, it can’t have met the standard. We know a complete 4D plate hasn’t been tested as they don’t fit in the testing rig.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
