@martincard @PoliticsPollss It’s quite simple Martin, you wait. A competent driver would have waited anyway, as a 1.5 meter (minimum) passing gap would always need the overtaking vehicle to cross into the next lane/other side of road.

@sadlystillserve I can confirm that not to be true. Our Operations command is joint with Sussex and our colleagues @SussexRoadsPol are just as proactive in hunting down drink or drug drivers as we are.

This rider was detected by #VanguardRST at 84mph in a 50 limit in fog whilst not wearing protective clothing 😳 He also had an illegally small plate fitted. Summons to court for the consideration of a disqualification, & a £100 fine for the illegal plate #Fatal5 – excess speed
