@Bikery1966 @n00dles71 @WYP_Steerside @AndyCoxDCS Can’t see why a ‘without due care’ case wasn’t continued. Unfortunately the current mobile phone legislation is so outdated it has a loophole the size of the Sun in it, so based on the video alone, wouldn’t secure a conviction, hence we desperately need the legislation updated.
