But when we’re quoting legislation, backed up a separate agency (RNPS from DVLA) then we’d like to think people may see our point. @dca860 The evidence can’t be captured by a standard image, hence the need for seizure to prevent the loss, alteration or destruction, and to enable the plate to be produced at court, should the case be challenged.
