The commercial vehicle unit (CVU) were carrying out checks on the M25 today, and thought this van looked suspiciously heavy… Yes that is a 1 Ton excavator hiding in the middle! Surprisingly, this one is not stolen but the driver was dealt with for having an overweight vehicle.
